Thank God, today, Saturday, August 31, 2024, the 19th Bazara’a Medical Eye Camp was opened in Yarim District, Ibb Governorate. The camp aims to perform 500 cataract and lens implant surgeries.
The inauguration was attended by the Director General of the District, the Director of Yarim General Hospital, the Secretary General of the Local Council in the District, and the Director of the Al-Nibras Health Association (the project’s implementing agency). The inauguration was also attended by Dr. Nasr Jubran, Director of Health Projects at Bazara’a Foundation, representing Bazara’a Foundation.
The examination phase will continue for three days until September 2, and then the operations phase will begin for three days.
